The B2B marketing playbook is broken. Traditional tactics are failing, and companies are struggling to create pipeline and achieve goals. The problem: the traditional B2B playbook has barely evolved even as our buyers and markets have changed dramatically.
On top of that, the marketing technology industry has been stagnant for almost a decade. Legacy MAPs were built for the old B2B playbook and are unable to keep pace with the demands of modern B2B engagement.
We need a B2B playbook — and that new playbook requires new marketing technology. Fortunately, Artificial Intelligence is poised to revolutionize B2B marketing, offering the potential for intuitive, predictive, and adaptive platforms that align with revenue goals.
In this keynote, I explore the challenges facing the old B2B playbook, the limitations of legacy marketing automation platforms, and the immense potential of AI in reshaping the landscape. I paint a vision of a future that enables marketers to embrace the new B2B playbook and effortlessly find the right audiences, channels, and content.
